Health and Safety I have understood the health and safety induction from the tutor and agree to comply with all instructions and act at all times with due regard for my safety and that of others.

Attendance and Punctuality I agree to attend every session of my course. On the rare occasion that I am unable to attend I will tell my tutor in advance to arrange independent study and inform the centre of my absence. I will attend each session punctually.
